I can't WAIT to be your coach!!! I truly love helping people achieve their goals for health and fitness. Whether you are trying to lose weight, or fit in that pair of jeans I can help keep you motivated to finally make it happen!

Not only will I be your personal coach but you will be a part of my private community of amazing ladies who are all working toward their goals as well!

The group is filled with positivity, no judgment, and a ton of motivation!

The women in my group have lost 50, 60 and even over 100 pounds!  All done with in home workouts that are almost all under 30 minutes, delicious food and nutrition and most importantly a community of support for accountability and motivation.  

We know for a fact that if you commit to one specific program your chances for success skyrocket and that is why they are packaged for you.

I will be with you every step of the way to help you with every aspect of your health journey. Helping you with: nutrition, meal plans, recipes, fitness, motivation, mindset, and more! I am here to help you get started in the best possible way!

The women in our community are amazing.  They are normal women- not size 2 and shredded- LOL- women just like YOU- trying their best to find a way to take care of themselves in their busy lives.  Here are a few of their stories to help you see what this community has done for them.



I first of all want to say thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you for being so involved in your BOD group, thank you for always checking in and sharing your story and struggles too. I have loved you since the original 21 day fix so many years ago and I was SO excited when I found you on “the gram” about a year ago. I joined your group and didn’t get right to it right away. But starting January 3 of this year I had a mind shift change. I realized I was tired of doing “21 days” here and there and really needed to prioritize my health and how food  made me feel.  

I have been gluten free and sugar free since then. The scale has not moved much (7 pounds honestly) BUT I had to share this with you. I have been taking pictures every day.   I have FINALLY been able to put a pair of pants on that I couldn’t fit into comfortably. Like I said the scale isn’t moving at all like it has in the past. But I feel so much stronger and so much more endurance and stamina.
