In just 30 days, Beachbody Super Trainer and track-and-field athlete Idalis Velazquez will help you discover the joy of running, build a strong, lean physique, and use that strength and stamina to take on a different kind of goal: completing a 5K.

What are the workouts like?

Idalis lets you set the pace, with a perfect balance of resistance training followed by running drills that gradually progress. You’ll get fitter and faster with this super-effective mix of running and lifting up to 5 days a week, around 40 minutes a day, starting with three walks or runs a week that progressively builds up to five until Day 30 when you complete a 5k.
